Girls in Control – or GIC for short – is an international initiative that aims to reach out to girls and young women to learn about the world around them. In particular, it focusses on feedback mechanisms and (automatic) control, that we can find in technical applications but also in everyday activities. Even playing chase or taking a shower includes control and feedback! Can you imagine? Find out more here!
GIC is meant for girls of different ages and from all over the world. For this, we offer workshops for different age groups and in many different languages several times a year.
GIC is supported by the International Federation of Automatic Control (IFAC) and the IFAC Foundation.
