General data protection
For the purpose of transmitting the website you have accessed (and hence seeing its content), your browser typically sends the following information (as part of so-called HTTP requests):
- Your IP address, a number that identifies your current computer connection to the Internet.
- The URL you called up (the website and other parameters, if applicable),
- Information about the browser and operating system you are using, such as its name and version
- and – possibly – the page from which you came to us (referrer information).
Logging for security purposes
The information presented above can also be stored in log files for a further 7 days in order to be able to analyze possible disruptions to the site. If such disruptions occur, the storage may also last longer in individual cases. They will be deleted at the latest when they can no longer make a recognizable contribution to determining the causes of the fault.

In order for you to be able to see the website, we receive information from your computer.
When you call up one of our websites, your computer asks one of our computers for a specific Internet address, the URL. At the same time, your computer also sends us the following information:
- a number (IP address) under which he can currently be reached and
- a bunch of other data. For example, which program and which operating system you use.
- Sometimes the computer also tells us from which website you came to our site.
- In order for our website to open on your computer, we have to save and process your IP address and the other data for a short time.
In the event that our computer has problems, we save all accesses for a week as a precaution. So we can check what exactly happened. If there are such issues, we may store the data longer to give us time to thoroughly investigate the issue. After that, the data will be deleted.
Storage of data from our contact form
For the use of our contact form, the express consent for the transmission of the information given there is required. The contact form transmits the contact request and the contact address for the purpose of answering by e-mail.
The request is usually stored for 6 months after receipt in order to be able to access it for follow-up questions. A longer storage takes place if this is required or permitted for legal reasons.
The storage can be objected to at any time.
